NEW NEWS
-The Summer Running schedule is UP!!!
-Persistance is the KEY to running. Run every day and try to take just one day off a week. (7 days a week screams injury)
-In the Summer schedule there are explanations of training techniques for Beginners, Advanced, and Elite athletes alike.
-If anyone is interested in triathlon training contact Matthew Gawors. He plans on doing an Olympic Distance Triathlon in Lake George September 14th.

-We have won 2 out of 2 of our races. The McKenna 5k race and the Habitat for Humanity.

ABOUT US:
Binghamton University Running Club is a student-run organization that is designed to promote running.
Everyone is friendly and it's a very social, laid-back atmosphere so you can meet a bunch of cool
people there. Nobody really worries too much about who is faster than one another so it's nice and relaxing.
You can run as fast or slow, or as short or as long, as you would like to.
To join, you can show up to a run and see how you like it. If you like it (and you will!)
please print out a club Sports registration form and bring it with you to the next practice.
