The 3rd Annual Binghamton Open will take place on Saturday, September 25th, 2010, on the East Gym fields of Binghamton University. The physical address of the campus is as follows:

Parking
Parking at Binghamton University is free during the weekends. Please try to park in Lot E1, where Registration will be located, or if that is not possible, please park in Lot E and walk to the Registration in Lot E1. Cost
For teams: If your team registers by Friday, September 17, 2010, the entry fee will be $10 each for the first five runners on your team, and $3 for every extra runner. If you register later than September 17, you will have to pay $12 each for the first five runners and $5 for every runner thereafter. Note that womens' and mens' teams are counted as one team for payment purposes.
For individuals: If you register by Friday, September 17, 2010, the entry fee is $10 per person and afterward, it is $12 per person.
Payment
Please send payment upon registering online, and please ensure that it is postmarked by Friday, September 17, 2010 as well in order to avoid the higher pricing after September 17. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, or money order, and payment is made out to "Binghamton University Running Club" (no quotes). Mailed payment should include a letter or note stating what the check is for (Binghamton Open) and who is making the payment and for what team or individual(s). For registration after September 17, payment can either be mailed in or be made on the day of the race, but online registration is still encouraged. Payment can be mailed to the following address:

How to Register
Since all pre-registration is paperless, you can register for the meet at the bottom of this page, or fill out a registration form on race day. Either way, be sure to have your registration fee ready.
Course Conditions
The course is mostly grass and trails. The start and finish is on a field, and the course has one loop in the nature preserve for the 5K events and two loops for the 8K event, which come with a few large hills. A course map (North is NOT pointin up) can be found here.
Awards
The top ten men and women in each race will receive awards. Also, in the NIRCA races, the top 3 teams in each race will receive an award.
Bathrooms and Showers
Unfortunately, the East Gym, including its outdoor-accessible restrooms, are closed for the year due to renovations. Nevertheless, portable toilets are available in parking lot E1 (see the Parking Map for the location of parking lot E1). If you are looking for regular toilets or showers, please visit the West Gym: Map including East Gym and West Gym, where North is pointing up again.
